Roommmate wanted for long-term share in spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Park Slope, Brooklyn (south slope). $950 a month. Additional 1 month security deposit to move in. Move in starting March 1st. Looking for someone who can stay a minimum of 6 months. You will have your own large bedroom (9 x 18ft) with large closet, and your own bathroom! Completely furnished living room, elliptical trainer in living room for shared use, and friendly housecat to greet you when you get home. A few blocks from the F & R trains 30 minutes to the city, 2 blocks from Prospect Park, steps from nightlife, restaurants, shopping, laundromat, movie theatre, etc. Males preferred, no smokers and must be cat-friendly (no other pets please, my cat doesnt get along with other animals. ) I am a female, and I get along with guys better roommate-wise. I will be showing the apartment starting the week of Feb 20th for a March 1st move in--I am looking to fill the space quickly.
