I need to buy some itunes gifts cards (would like to have the physical cards to wrap) but I need them close to home. Anyone actually seen them anywhere in Park Slope lately, particularly on 7th Ave? Barnes & Noble, Rite Aid?
Thanks for any info.

Target, at the checkout lines!
Try some of the chain drug stores. They might sell iTunes cards.
OQ - I think they have them at the Key Food on 5th and Sterling.
The problem is that I'm under doctor's orders to stay on the couch so I need minimal walking distances. Target and 5th Ave are too far : ( I had big plans to finish off Christmas shopping this week with some really specific gifts that I can't order online but that I know are in stock at some stores in Manhattan, but now I'm trying to regroup after my doctor visit Monday.
more places like Duane Reede or Walgreens have them if Target is too far.
Every drug store I've been in recently has displays with all of the gift cards for sale. I think you can also get them at GameStop, but O'm not 100% sure of that. My suggestion, call ahead to the store you are considering going to since you have to stay off your feet.
If you really can't go get them, maybe "print your own"by doing it online and then making a pretty paper that says what you are giving them..
CVS generally has them as well. Whereabouts are you located - perhaps we can zoom in on a spot for you.
My pain meds seem to have created a false sense of panic. I remembered that I have an able-bodied bf that I can have run errands this weekend!
Still, anywhere on 7th Ave between say, 2nd and 14th St, is a good range (since I'll be sending him other places along there).
I think along that strip, probably Rite Aid is your best bet. Possibly also Radio Shack.
Oh, I forgot about Radio Shack. Thanks. Being stuck at home is driving me nuts.
Rite Aid definitely
I got the two cars I needed at Rite Aid was it was quite the ordeal.
Rite Aid (and CVS as well) *IS* an ordeal. Honestly.
You're missing the most obvious solution - Apple.com. They'll ship 'em for free too.
You can order stuff online and have it shipped? Yes I am aware, but I needed them in my hands by a certain point before traveling and didn't want gifts with us for family to open for the first christmas in 8+ years I'll be with them, and possibly only one for many years to come.
GameStop has plenty. you can also go on iTunes, make your pruchase, and print it out for giving.
