Has anyone used the Y Personal Fitness program at either the Prospect Park or armory YMCAs?
Curious what you thought about it. The video makes it look like it is just for like...women over 50...although the description sounded good for everyone.
I basically was just looking for a way to add some focus to my workout plan. I know I could just make a plan myself but, hey, I'm totally lacking in self-discipline and do better when I know someone is checking up on me.
