Construction is presently underway at Beny’s Epicene.

It will located at 567 Vanderbilt Avenue (Pacific/Dean), and feature organic vegetables and dry food: cake, groceries, cookies, and other items.

One will be able to eat there , not just buy stuff for take out.

It will seat a maximum of 10 people in the space and will operate daily from 7 AM to 9 PM.

The same owner operates a similar store located at 903 Fulton Street, named Beny's Delice.

...I suspect our store will be equally yummy.

For better or worse, the change on Nostrand is going to make the change on Franklin look minor.
