I've seen at least one vendor with what looks to be new frames. There's one I've seen on the mezzanine level.

I've been a loyal customer to See Eyewear for many years now. (I had to go to Palm Beach to get them before they finally built a store in the W. Village).
The great thing about them is the price you see on the frames is the entire price, prescription lenses included!
