Someone is skimming credit card/ATM details from Metrocard kiosks at the Eastern Parkway station. Just heard this from someone who heard from their bank. Might want to pay cash for a while. Anyone hear more about this?

Greeeeeeeeat! You should make this post global--it has interest beyond PH. I haven't heard anything about this, but if it's happening at EP, I'm sure it's happening at other stations, too--especially the ones without attendants. I'm sure that those machines are really easy to tamper with.

I'm not so sure someone would continue to perpetrate this sort of thing at the same location more than briefly. Here's the checklist on how to prevent skimming:
