If this is your Vespa, then you should know that it got knocked over by a mini-van about 10 minutes ago. I saw the whole thing from my front window. The driver got out of the van, picked up the scooter, and reattached something (A mirror? It looked a little like a mirror.) He snapped some pictures with his digital camera, but I'm not sure that he left a note with contact information.
Your bike doesn't look damaged, but it's hard to know for sure. I got the car's registration number. If you need it, DM me, and I'll give it to you.
