Sounds fun. Do people mix their own, or do they tell the bartender? It's hard enough cleaning up after people when they're sober.

I invented a pork martini, once. For that I'd recommend sausage, bacon, and ham selections, but not Spam:

I have a hard time imagining that any combination of pork and gin would taste good. But I did hear a Tom Robbins interview the other day where he was talking about mixing gin and mayonnaise. He said he preferred it to gin and blueberry syrup (the only other item in the fridge besides the mayonnaise).
