PLEASE FORWARD TO EVERY EASTERN PARKWAY RESIDENT YOU KNOW
As many of you know, our Eastern Parkway Service Road is often more of an express lane than a service road.
The Prospect Heights Neighborhood Development Council asserts that traffic will get worse in Prospect Heights with the opening of the Barclays Center arena in September 2012. PHNDC plans to submit an application to the DOT for a Slow Zone that would calm traffic and reduce speed. The draft proposal did not include the Eastern Parkway Service Road from Washington Ave. to Plaza St., but now the application language does include the E.P. service road. But, PHNDC needs to show that residents of E.P. want this, so please sign this petition,

The signatures (names and addresses) of E.P. residents will be an exhibit in the application to be submitted to the Department of Transportation Wednesday, February 1.
