Watching this video, I am reminded of that high, hovering helicopter over Atlantic Yards a few months ago--for those traffic studies. Someone (Wi-Fi, maybe?) was able to work some internet magic, to find radar data and figure out the aircraft's tail number. The poster then worked the number back to a helicopter company in NJ.

I have a feeling these are some kind of film-company or maybe NYPD helicopters. Is there a way to find out
