      Maybe the reality that the were serving the worst coffee in the nabe finally caught up with them.

      I have to disagree with you BKChickie, I like the coffee at Heights. True, it's not Gorilla, but it is still a tasty brew. I am hoping they are just renovating.

      I think that I only went in there once, but it always seemed like they had a decent number of customers there...

      ...not that there's anything wrong with that.
    5. Sign says they are renovating and will reopen in March. And, yes, the coffee is not the best, but sitting on the bench out front is nice.

      If I don't quite understand you...well, that's all right...if you don't want to understand me...it really doesn't matter.... If we all try to understand each other, well now, just think of what might happen!

      I can't imagine this place closing. They do a brisk business and are always filled with people/laptops. While I prefer Joyce, I go here on occasion and think the coffee is perfectly fine.

      the muffins were good and what kept me going. Coffee was horrible......

      According to Here's Park Slope, it's done. Seems they pulled the classic "We're under renovations but actually really never coming back" thing that businesses do. No real loss.
