If I were able to afford that why wouldn't I just get my own place or just share with one other person than have to share with 3 other people? &#60;p&#62;In addition to credit checks, many landlords do housing/civil court checks on their prospective renters. If your name appears in a housing court docket, it may be very hard to rent a new place.&#60;/p&#62;
