I'm looking to find a place to live closer to the Brooklyn music scene (I'm currently in St. Albans, Queens).</p> <p>I'm an easy going straight male who doesn't drink, use recreational drugs, or smoke anything, so I prefer housemates without chronic substance-abuse problems, although sensible drinking is okay with me. I also eat sensibly and try to stick to a healthy lifestyle.</p> <p>It would be nice to live with other musicians or creative types, or at least with people who appreciate music and the creatives. I am in search of a communal situation (the more people, the cheaper, hopefully), a barter situation, a barter for reduced rent, or just the traditional roommate or housemate arrangement if the price is right.
