The last few times I checked it, The Brooklyn Lyceum’s online calendar was so hard navigate that I gave up decrypting it and went to BAM, Barbes, and Galapagos Art Space – all venues that clearly announce and sufficiently describe their events information on their websites and in other media. I’d rather travel extra miles to another neighborhood for entertainment -- performance art, music, films, etc. -- at a venue that plainly states its events in an easily accessible format rather than waste time trying to determine what the heck is happening at the incoherent venue around the corner and guess whether or not it’s worth my $10.00. <p></p> <p></p> The Brooklyn Lyceum has SO MUCH potential. I've even had them serve the coffee and I add milk &amp; sugar. (ie. Starbucks which I hate). But I've never had to serve myself coffee and had the person working there add the milk &amp; sugar. That's strange.
