Now, the city is made aware of such things and (for the most part) fixes them. ...while some of this can be attributed to having a "richer" city, a lot of it is that the city is able to quickly learn where such problems exist.</p> <p><u>Bad</u>: People depend upon the city to resolve pretty petty disputes.
