The developer of "Sense Writing," she has held workshops and classes in North America and abroad. Peggy Stafford, a two-time MacDowell fellow, has taught creative writing at the University of Washington’s Summer Program, and playwriting at Seattle Repertory Theatre and Brooklyn’s Fifth Avenue Committee.
