&#60;p&#62;Thirteen Council members scored in the “A” range this year, five of whom are from Brooklyn - Council Members Tish James, Charles Barron, Jumaane Williams, Brad Lander, and Stephen Levin. In addition, the Brooklyn Delegation to Council received the third highest cumulative score, 54%, a B grade, with a high score in workers' rights and a low score in criminal and juvenile justice.&#60;/p&#62;
