Places where they haven't been allowed before. This will not only lead to increased gambling revenue but a huge conundrum for bar owners as I suspect they'll all be accused of selling liquor to people that aren't supposed to be able to buy it. So, there'll be increased fine revenues as well. And here I was hoping that Cuomo would run for president in four years but this idea seems not to be one of his best.
