I loved my first NYC apartment for the reasons everyone loves their first living-on-their-own NYC apartment, but it was a hell hole. And complaints did nothing. Calling in inspectors did nothing. 311 did nothing. </p> <p>I once paid my rent through his bullet proof glass standing in 2 inches of standing water that had leaked through his own office's ceiling. It's not MySpaceNYC renting the space to someone who will open the restaurant, it is MySpaceNYC opening a restaurant of their own. Their greed knows no bounds.</p> <p>If you do ever consider eating there, please realize you would be fueling MySpaceNYC's efforts as they continue to exorbitantly raise rents in this neighborhood. I'm much more excited for Hummus Station. The only thing similar I can think of on the west side of Crown Heights proper is the Pasha Pizza Pita place on Classon and Bergen, and their Mediterranean offerings aren't really anything to write home about. </p>
