So, I don't think the new business should build their business plan around the public buying alcohol for residents. They may, however, be able to sustain themselves on purchases by the guards and the social service workers, and/or people in the area to patronize the new antique-flea market. P.S. The entire building is vacant, and they are redoing the plumbing as well as the electrical. It is a good rule to do that once every hundred years. Residential and commercial tenants appreciate it.
