It looked like maybe the station has gas but people are only allowed in on foot to fill up cans.

I know they could be wrong, but I'm hopeful because not just regular folks need gas.  The parks vehicles, emergency vehicles, those all need gas.

The storage facilities where tankers pick up their cargo are still largely without power, and can't dispense fuel.  And a major pipeline into the region remains closed.&#60;/p&#62;
