Not in our lifetime.
...I think the beverage industry is far too powerful to let the restriction be enacted. I think Bloomberg and DOHMH know this, but I give them credit for making New Yorkers think about the issue.
For better or worse, the change on Nostrand is going to make the change on Franklin look minor.
