I haven't seen the form, but I think the notary might need to fill that part out.

If you fill it out, and then go the Notary tomorrow, you will have to re-do it.

For better or worse, the change on Nostrand is going to make the change on Franklin look minor.

ah makes sense yeah on the bottom says notary I wasn't sure if i filled the top part out I left the notary part alone. and seems to be fewer notaries around these days. went to tons of stupid drug stores :p no notary lol.

Yup, I've found that Banks only let account holders use theirs.

Try a real estate agency.

AW that is a notary jurat and it gets filled in by the notary with the date they see you sign. If you are going to be around the hood this weekend I can notarize for you. If not most attorney offices have a notary
