rarely do they, so far nobody in philly is being charged and in sf(no hate crime charged). find me a hate crime charge in either places for those hate crimes. talk is easy but no proof. writing and criticizing is very easy, my grammar and writing skills aren't the best easy targets are arguments pointing out whats wrong with what i said, but show me the money where they actually get charged for hate crimes in those places. a asian life is not worth a black,white or hispanic mans life to this day, we have a "chinamans chance "another words no chances at all. thats what they use to call it. if this happened to any other group there would be riots like rodney king. but whites/blacks in power always find ways to say oh its not a hate crime. besides the beatings in philly, last year there was a gang of armed robbers only targeting asian businesses and people following them home etc... beating and robbing, they weren't charged with hate crimes either.Fight white guilt and injustice by smoking tax free guilt free Reservation Smokes or go gamble in a Native Casino.

Seven kids were hospitalized with injuries sustained mostly at the hands of African-American students, who beat Asians in classrooms, hallways, the cafeteria and the streets outside the school. But the incident has barely registered outside of southeastern Pennsylvania, generating a few wire stories and little else. To understand why, try a thought experiment: Imagine the victims were black and the attackers white, or the other way around. The whole nation -- indeed, the whole world -- would know about it. The president would go on TV to denounce the episode and demand a speedy remedy. Members of Congress would eagerly join in, competing with each other to condemn the racism in our midst. Police searching for slasher in NYC Saturday, August 25, 2007 * Email * Print * Report a typo * * * * * * ShareThis via email, AIM, social bookmarking and networking sites, etc. Eyewitness News (New York - WABC, August 25, 2007) (WABC) -- Police in Manhattan are searching for a slasher, a man who walks up to women on the street and cuts them. Now investigators have a key piece of evidence, a sketch of the suspect. Eyewitness News reporter NJ Burkett is following this story. Watch your back. This is the advice to Asian women in New York City from the NYPD Saturday -- three women, three attacks, and one crazed man with a knife. "It's frightening," an Asian woman said. Women we spoke with had no idea but over the past six weeks a stalker has been walking the streets of Manhattan targeting Asian women at random - slashing them across the right forearm in broad daylight. The latest attack was on the afternoon of August 17th. The other two were on July 16th, in the morning and afternoon. The first attack was in mid July on 32nd Street in midtown and then the same day in Chinatown. The latest, a week ago, was just barely two blocks away. The victims were not seriously hurt but the motive is entirely unknown. The police released a composite sketch of the suspect. He is described by the victims as an African-American man 25 to 30 years old, thin, and 5 8" to 5 11". He wears a light gray sweat shirt with the numbers 09 on the back. "I'm going to be careful walking the streets," said other Asian woman. "I'm not going to change my routine just for a guy like this." The victims all range in age from their early 30s to their mid 40s. Police say two of the women were taken to hospitals in stable condition, while the other had only a minor cut. SAN DIEGO — A woman in Mission Valley was robbed and sexually assaulted in what police believe may be the sixth in a series of home-invasion robberies targeting Asian women. The woman, 29, was attacked about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at her home on Reflection Drive off Ambrosia Drive, San Diego Capt. Jim Collins said. She had just arrived home after shopping with her 18-month-old son and had taken the toddler into her apartment and come back outside to retrieve some belongings, Collins said. As she was going back inside, the man grabbed her from behind and threatened her with a knife. The man demanded money and then sexually assaulted the woman and left. Collins would not describe the nature of the assault but said she was not raped. The boy was not injured. The man was described as white or Latino, about 30 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black jacket, jeans and black shoes. Investigators believe he may be the same man responsible for at least five other attacks since June. The man used a knife, demanded money and in all but one case, he raped, sexually assaulted or threatened to sexually assault the victims. The first incident was reported June 6 in the College Area on Montezuma Road. The second occurred Nov. 7 at the University of California San Diego's Mesa graduate student housing complex. Both women were raped. The third case was Jan. 16 in Tierrasanta on Camino Playa de Oro. That woman was confronted in her garage and robbed of cash, Collins said. The fourth attack happened Feb. 10 in Carmel Valley on Whispering Hills Lane, and the fifth attack was March 4 on Carmel View Road. In those cases, the man entered the homes through open garage doors. The assailant threatened to rape one woman and sexually battered the other. All the attacks happened between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. The man either enters through the garage or an unlocked front door, generally when the victim is carrying items into her home, police said. All the victims were Asian women between the ages of 20 and 48. The man has been described in each case as white or Latino, in his 20s or 30s, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a thin to medium build. The victim in the UCSD incident was able to provide a detailed description of the attacker, and campus police released a sketch. Police advise women to keep their garage doors closed and their doors locked when they are at home. Chink's Steaks (6030 Torresdale) is taking over Tugboat Annie's (901 S. Columbus) and opening a smaller take-out-only Chink's Steaks there in late March, says Chink's owner Joseph Groh. He takes over the property March 1 and says he will be up and running by the beginning of Phillies season. He may put in some outside tables. Groh says he's not too worried about any backlash about the shop's name, which had drawn ire from Asian-Americans several years back. Chink's was the childhood nickname given to the restaurant's late former owner Samuel Sherman. "These cases will be vigorously prosecuted," said Brown, whose office teamed up with the FBI, the NYPD and the state Insurance Department to bring down the ring. "As long as there's a buck to be made, they'll go ahead and they'll take the chance of running these kinds of operations." Ringleaders paid their henchmen to wait for unsuspecting drivers to back out of parking lots or driveways along Northern Blvd. from Parsons Blvd. to 105th St. and then plow into them with a car full of passengers, authorities said. The bogus "victims" would then rack up exorbitant bogus medical bills at the Bronx Park Medical clinic in Manhattan, where ringleaders, including Yevgeniy Rivkin, Inessa Drabkin and Michael Mazur operated their illicit scheme, authorities said. The plot unraveled in 2007, when claims investigators at Nationwide Insurance found three suspiciously similar "accidents" in Queens and reported them to the NYPD, authorities said. The defendants - seven of whom are still on the lam - face up to 25 years, if convicted of enterprise corruption, insurance fraud, grand larceny and fraud charges, authorities said. i just check his post, he is one of the accepted groups in the american media and society. I rather be view as the ultimate masculine male than some weak guy who can't even play Chengis Khan but they have to go out of their way to find white guys to play. You're taking two anecdotal incidents and using them to extrapolate a widespread theory. You need to find actual stats for Asians assaulted in suspected hate crimes but not having any charges brought. Because otherwise there are a lot of Asian hate crimes prosecuted. Asians represent 4.4% of this country, and represent 4.5% of hate crime incidents. Asian students have the biggest hill to climb. Asian students were much more likely to be rejected than seemingly similar students of other races.... African-Americans who achieved 1150 scores on the two original SAT tests had the same chances of getting accepted to top private colleges in 1997 as whites who scored 1460s and Asians who scored perfect 1600s.
