Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art and movement. We teach all levels, from beginner to advance and welcome all students! Our goal is educate students about Capoeira, Brazilian culture and music. Our goal is to provide a positive environment in which to learn, exercise and meet others!
Come ready sweat, move and have fun! And, also feel welcome to check out the many yoga classes that are also offered at Jai Yoga.
