daughter moving to Kosciuszko stop,mom concerned

      daughter has lived near morgan stop and is now moving to Kosciuszko stop.Any info about safety and general feelings about this location would be greatly appreciated.new building,up a few floors.thanks1

      Well, she won't be the only one. There are tons of pretty young girls and boys living in that neighborhood now. There is already a little French cafe on Broadway and a couple of happening bars and music venues nearby. And seeing as how most of NYC is generally safe, it should be fine.

      The area north and northeast of Broadway is probably a little safer-feeling than the Bed-Stuy side.

      I'd be extremely careful, it's much safer on Morgan Avenue. A friend of mine who live on Kosciusko and Broadway was mugged recently, and moved. There is a lot more crime in Bushwick as you head east.
