It looks like there is some new --business-- opening up on Cortelyou near CIA, next to the hardware store where the old Hispanic bakery used to be. I noticed they're doing some internal rebuilding and they have something posted about a liquor license. So, I guess it will be a bar, or bar/restaurant? any ideas?
