Hi, Brooklyn. Jay Ruiz here. A couple of months ago it was my extreme pleasure to meet NYS Senator Eric Adams at a meeting at Windsor Terrace. After the meeting the senator asked me how he could help the Brooklyn Bike Patrol. I told him that we needed bike jackets to keep us warm during the winter. He replied, "You got it".
