Thank you for your reply. It's a really nice block. Stores just down the street. F train 3 short blks away. There's Rite Aid/Walgreens/Foodtown & fifteen thousand nail salons. For Godsake, why wouldn't they want to live in Kensington. It's cheaper than Park Slope and there's far less baby carriages & dogs than that area. Have a nice day.I pray nice people will rent the apartment soon, so thank you, too, for the wish of good luck. (PS I hope the replacement for Miracle Grill restaurant will be super...how about Greek or Thai, or even a Pizza Uno type place? or...someone smart should just open up an American cuisine bar-restaurant & hire back all the Snookie workers.I can't imagine what the poor long-time regular customers are doing now.It was home to them. Home to workers and customers alike.)
