RSS Feed for Dailyheights?

Is there one? I'm just getting into it, and what about for the forums?

For the forums, it's:

http://www.dailyheights.com/forums/rss.php

For the blog at dailyheights.com, I'm not even sure - just go to something like bloglines.com and they will auto-discover the RSS feed.

Do you use it also? It looks like the Item title duplicates the channel title so in the reader the actual item title is pushed all the over.

Theres another wierd RSS thing, I was using a signature and later I turned it off but it still shows up on the RSS feed?

Sorry I can't help with the RSS feed questions, yet. I installed it but haven't had time to see how it works/see if it can be modified.
