In the 39th district, de Blasio's office has a # to call if your place gets tagged.

If you have graffiti on your property, call us at 718 854-9791 and we will arrange to have it removed free of charge. We will also help with the removal of graffiti on public property.

This is parts of Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Boro Park, and Kensington.
Perhaps other council districts offer a similar service...
