$2750 is about $1000-$900 too much for that neighborhood and 1000 square feet.

Even a quick look through Craigslist shows cheaper places with similar specs.

Hmmm. Something seem fishy. Like "parkplacerulz" was a set-up posting for the reply from "dream ny". A sneaky form of real estate marketing? Infiltrating message boards? Just a thought.

nothing fishy here. i'd never rent a 3 bdrm for 2700. that's what an entire brownstone went a few years just 3 short years ago in crown heights before prospect heights starting shoving over washington.

i'm still looking for a 3 bdrm near franklin or bedford, although nostrand is awesome.
