Fort Greene Condos @ $1000/ft

The Brooklyn Papers are running a story in this week's edition on the Greene House Condos. Minsky says that 22 of the 27 units are sold, the majority at more than $1,000 per foot.

set speed (http://ltjbukem.blogspot.com/) did a story on these a while back and they didn't sound super impressive, I remember wondering if their $1000/ft asking prices would be achieved. Looks like their pulling it off.

BTW, it looks like the story isn't online yet but they have distributed this weeks issue to stores.
