Hey - I've been living with friends in the heights, but need a 2BR so I can stick around.

If anyone hears of a sunny 2BR please let me know. Sick of talking to brokers who want $1g - 2gs even though they have "no broker fees".

I'm sorta looking also. Our lease renewal increase was not so bad, but I feel like I can probably get a better deal. Looking to move in January 1st. 2 bedroom for $1700 or less. Or am I dreaming?
