Our floor through apartment is available for a sublet between 8/1 - 9/4. One bedroom, living room, eat-in-kitchen and bathroom will be for your use. If you are sharing with someone, we can arrange to have another bed and some closet space available in another bedroom. $400/week or $1600/entire period for one person, and $500/week or $2000/entire period for share. It is perfect for one person, a couple, or two friends. We are looking for responsible persons only. No smoking, no-shoes environment.

We love the area, and truly, if you're an outgoing person who wants to enjoy NYC, you cannot ask for a better location than this one in all over Brooklyn. Very close to Manhattan, yet with relaxed air of Brooklyn life. 5min. walk to Atlantic-Pacific Terminal (2,3,4,5,N,R,Q,W,J,M subway lines), and the LIRR. 10min. walk to A/C lines. It's one stop to Manhattan on N, 20-30 mins to Midtown. We are 1/2 block away from the hot 5th Ave. with cafes, bars, restaurants, nice shops. A giant Key Food supermarket and a laundromat is around the corner. Prospect Park, Botanic Garden, Central Library, or farmaer's Market on Saturdays are within a nice walking distance among tree-lined brownstone streets. Also very close to art/cultural venues like Brooklyn Academy of Music (performance & art house films), artists' community in Gowanus, and other galleries and movie theatres in Boerum Hill/ Downtown Brooklyn area.

We are food-coop members with Japanese cultural background and have loads of spices and cooking tools.
