Ideally, this broker would have access to no-fee listings. We are in the search for a 3BR for $2,000 or less. Is this unfeasible in your opinion? How'd you find your place in Prospect Heights?

We are interested in anywhere west of Nostrand Avenue, south of Fulton (I know this fringes into Crown Heights. Help there is appreciated, too).
