looking for after-school sitter

I'm looking to hire a local student -- college or grad student ideally, but would consider a recent college grad or mature older high school student -- to pick up my 2 children (grades 1 and 3) from school in downtown Brooklyn M-F, at 3:30 usually, but on occasional other days later, and bring them to our Prospect Heights home, supervise homework, be involved with play, prepare and clean up simple suppers. Would be done about 6PM each day, would also appreciate an occasional evening of availability. Looking for someone cheerful and energetic....Hebrew speaker would be a big plus but isn't neccessary.
