... transfers can only be from current members to 'non-members' ... i.e., if your membership is expiring, you cannot extend your membership by purchasing it from someone else ... i.e., i.e., you still have to pay a sign-up fee ... unless you re-up at particular times during the year when the club waives the sign-up fee ...
