PLG rents?

A question for landlords/renters living in PLG. What is the market rate for a floor-through apartment in a townhouse in PLG? How much for a garden vs. a top floor? I'm talking about townhouses on the edge of the historic district, outside the manor but inside PLG. I love PLG and I'm thinking about moving to the neighborhood. How often do rentals come up in the houses around the manor (Lincoln, Fenimore, Hawthorne, Lefferts, etc.) I know manor houses don't have rentals.
