Stop in at Galllery-on-Dean on Sunday September 30th between 4 and 6 to lend your support-- and for wine and cheese and a first hand view of
"The Rise of the World Trade Center" is an exhibit of of photographs chronicling the rise of the world trade center. The images were shot over decades by Bruce Frisch-- some from his roof in Park Slope. Others from the Jersey side of the river, and from the top of the Woolworth Building.
Frisch has had a long and distinguished career specializing in things scientific: portraits of Nobel prize winners, moonrocket launches and periwinkles. His work has appeared on more than 150 national magazine covers.
The exhibit runs through October 15th at Gallery-on-Dean, 755 Dean Street (Corner of Underhill). Sponsored by Tavern on Dean, the Gallery is in its 4th season. The sponsors donate the large space and take no commission from the artists. For more info about this exhibit, or to have your work considered contact [email protected]
