Tips for an apt. WITHOUT a broker in Prospect Heights?
My plus is that I'm very flexible with my move-in date.
My minus is that I'm broke!
But I have to move on my own, since I have both serious food allergies and inconsiderate roomies who don't wash dishes properly - not a great combination.
