Hi folks-

I am considering a place on State between Nevins and third. (so I'm not even sure if this is the right forum) I've walked around and it seems fine, safe enough, and I like the proximity to the transportation. I just want to cover my bases and it seems that this board would be a good place to see if anyone has thoughts on that spot. thanks in advance!
