My husband, a novelist (we live in Kansas City but love Brooklyn), is looking to sublet a quiet, furnished studio or one-bedroom anywhere in the Prospect Park area or Brooklyn Heights, Carol Gardens, Williamsburg, etc. He's flexible on dates, but ideally it would be for the first two weeks in December.
