I was walking by the Union Temple Parking lot and saw that a bunch of workers where driving metal posts into the sidewalk. I was told they are preparing to block of the site to start on the foundation for a 16 story apartment building.

Is this the famed Richard Meier building that has been rumored to be in the works?

Yup. There goes my bedroom view of the library and probably the park as well.
