Loveseat sleeper with twin mattress for sale

We are selling our loveseat/studio sofa sleeper that folds out into a twin-sized mattress. The sofa is in good condition: there is a small hole on the side near the bottom of sofa put there by our movers, but it is easily covered by a slipcover. The Sealy twin spring mattress is in great condition and is rarely slept on. It's a great sofa; we're just ready to upgrade to a larger sofa.
