Volunteers needed for the Oct 29 Prospect Park Haunted Walk
Volunteers needed! On Saturday, October 29, from 12 - 3 p.m., the beloved Prospect Park Haunted Walk is back and scarier than ever! See http://www.prospectpark.org/event/main.cfm?target=hwalk
But Halloween in Prospect Park would not be possible without the help of generous and dedicated volunteers. At least 200 volunteers are needed as performers, game leaders, dressers, make-up artists, costume designers, and more. To volunteer, call (718) 965-8960. The Haunted Walk is free of charge, and is suitable for young children accompanied by parents/guardians or older siblings. Enter the Park at the Prospect Park Southwest and 16th Street entrance. Train: F train to 15th Street/Prospect Park. Bus: B68.
Halloween in Prospect Park is presented by the Prospect Park Alliance in partnership with NYC Department of Parks & Recreation. Additional support provided by American Express. Cablevision News 12 is the media sponsor. Thanks also to Clem Snacks.
