Hi folks,
We have a single bedroom with attached balcony for rent in a North Kensington apartment. The bedroom is about 10x11, price includes heat - no electric / cable. The apartment is huge. 20x30 living room, 2 bathrooms, all hardwood floors, new appliances, eat-in kitchen, dining room, etc. There are laundry facilities in the basement, 1 block away from subway (F Train at Church Ave), 2 buses run from outside our door (B67 and B71 - i think). 30 minute subway ride to lower Manhattan.
