Looking for an awesome roommate for Prospect Hgts apt-$600

I am seeking a wonderful new roommate for a 2BR, 1Ba (w/ tub) apartment in Prospect Heights Brooklyn to begin Feb 1st. Great light, 3rd floor, huge living room and good size kitchen. There are windows in every room with the exception of the bathroom. Available bedroom is a decent size, not huge, but has a great closet and storage space. The rent is $600, plus cable and utilities. You'll need 1st and last months rent & sublease will be month-to-month with no less than a month's notice on either of our parts.

You must adore animals but not have any of your own. I already have a dog and three cats so the critter spots are taken!

You: should be very responsible, clean, good people.

I: am a vey open-minded person, choreographer, writer. I am also gay so you MUST be absolutely cool with that.
