help me with tile trim/edge selection!

Doing 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. these are for walls. i got earth color porcelain tiles for floors.

I'm going with white subway tiles(D) for all the bathrooms and kitchen.

for large bathroom trim, i think i want B tile.
for kitchen I would use C tile.
for small bathroom trim, how would A tile work? or should i go with B?

or should i go with C for kitchen and small and big bathrooms?

kitchen gets very little light, big bathroom gets okay light, small bathroom has no windows very dark.



I need to let contractor know by tomorrow morning. just got some time this morning to pick out tons different ones and these are the ones i came up with .
