1 - 2 bedroom ( for office space)

Quite unfortunately, my landlord has decided to sell her house. Thus I must start looking to move, sadly, as I love my apartment/home. I know I will not find this wonderful deal again....alas, I ask you to keep your eyes and ears peeled, for 1 -2 bedroom apartments in Brooklyn for yours truly.


For those who might pass this along to your "networks"....here's what I can come up with for now about me.
The Perfect Tenant -
I am a 33 year old (until February) woman
Smart, respectable, quiet, reliable. My 85 year old landlord is happy to attest to my attributes as an excellent tenant. Rent is paid on time, no complaints. (and helpful, ie. feeding the cat when she is away despite my allergies and distaste for cat liter, shoveling snow, carrying garbage out, etc. etc.)

I run a small tshirt business and am a recent MSW graduate, doing freelance and part time work - juggling both careers.

I have lived in brooklyn for close to 7 years, and I am hoping to stay in the Park Slope, Ft. Greene, Windsor Terrace, Cobble Hill area. I am looking for a space to call home....a true one bedroom or a sort of true 2 bedroom, to have a home office area. I have been spoiled with space and below market rate.

Hope this gives some ideas.

i am an ideal tenant for someone who cares less about money and more about a good reliable tenant.
